What we do
We help you make the call, then we stay for the hard part.
Three ways to work with us. All of them end with your people able to do this without us, which is the only outcome that lasts.
Start here
The direction session
A working session with you and your leadership team, plus a short written direction memo you own outright.
You leave with: an honest read on where you actually stand, the first workflow worth rebuilding, the person who should lead it, and what to ignore for now.
Then
Your person, trained
The person you name learns a structured method for running the change, while doing it on your first real workflow.
You get: a capability that stays in the business, and someone who can judge the next vendor pitch honestly.
Alongside
The advisory retainer
Monthly with you, regularly with them. Vendor calls, workflow choices, board papers, the things that stall.
It steps down as your person gets stronger. That is the design, not a discount.
The framework
There is a method. You do not have to take our word for it.
Everything we do runs on a framework built over three years of deploying this work, adapted for Australian small to mid-market firms from Salim Ismail's work on the Organisational Singularity.
It is five moves, in order, and each one earns the next. Most programmes fail because they start at move three, which is the build, without ever making moves one and two.
We walk leadership teams through it in the direction session, and we teach it properly to the person who will lead your work.
Briefing note
The first two decisions
A short note for executive leaders on the two decisions that make or break this work, and why the firms that skip them end up with tools nobody uses.
Common questions
What executive leaders ask us first
"Can you just build it for us?"
No, and that is deliberate. We will help you choose who does, and hold them to the brief.
"We already gave everyone ChatGPT."
So has everyone. That is layer three without layer one, which is why it did not move your numbers.
"How long before we see anything?"
One workflow, proven against a baseline, inside a quarter. Anyone promising a transformation by then is selling you something.
"What does it cost?"
Less than the pilot that did not work. We will put a number in writing after the first conversation, not before it.
