    VentureTech AI is an Australian advisory practice working with executive leaders in small to mid-market firms on the move to AI-enabled operations.

    For the past three years, we have designed and built AI solutions while following the exponential growth in what the technology can do. From that work, we have developed a strategy to help businesses adapt as capabilities expand and the business environment changes.

    Why we changed

    The work was good. The companies stayed the same.

    We used to audit, scope and build. The results were real and the clients were happy, and it still did not change how those businesses ran. The moment the build team left, the old way came back, because nobody inside owned the new one.

    So we stopped. We now help firms decide what to change, choose the person to lead it, and support that person while they do the work themselves.

    We do not build, and we do not hold the build contract.
    We do not start with a platform recommendation. We start with the workflow that needs to change.
    We do not hand the direction to IT. The executive leader owns the call.
    We do not run a programme you cannot run without us.
